i'm new to DA and have only seen bits and and pieces of your works here and there. what i've seen and the works i've seen that were inspired by you are amazing. i'm sad that i won't be able to add any of your works to my folder of wallpapers.

it's disheartening to see that rippers have created such a problem for artists on DA, causing you to remove your amazing works from this community. i am glad that i came here, because it allowed me to understand the artists' perspective in not being given credit much better. i used to always change the title of picture files to keep my picture folders looking organized. now, i always leave filenames as is or add the artist name if it is missing, in case i ever display the image in a screenshot background or anything.

like i said, your sense of humor... LOL!

You make a good point. People should give you credit, and seeing as I don't usually take works from this site, mainly because I don't like stealing, I don't know what I would have done. I'm still scared to put up my own art if people will take it, seeing as my photoshop sucks and I don't want to mess up my stuff with it. -Shrug.- Well, I hope the world can change for the better some time soon.

It's painful that you got rid of your gallery images here. I would love to see the fish one, seeing as I think Apple used it on the iPhone.

Inspired by you. I really hope you come back soon. Your work was great inspiration.

It really is sad that you've left after all this time,i hope one day you'll explain on your site the exact reasons why,but i can probably take a wild guess that it involves rippers and non- creditors. It sucks that people ripped the ideas and stylings that you basically invented with regards to those silhouette pictures from 2003,your avatar ideas and your other works ,and then can't be bothered showing some respect. I saw another today who'd basically copied every part of your 'Lost Gardens' piece and tried to pass it off as original,sad.

All i can say is that i appreciated you being so forthcoming with help when i was starting out with my own art a couple of years ago and i really hope you have a change of heart and come back to DA. Besides,where would the vector/scenes section be without the style you created that everyone copies to this day?

Hopefully that last amazing ID you submitted before you left was a sign of things to come. I'll be watching just in case,but at least update your site man and let us know.
